To request availability of a visit to the Crypt on the day and time chosen by you, please fill in the fields of the questionnaire below.
If the group does not exceed 15 participants, the reservation must be made independently in the "Booking" section.
We kindly remind you that there is a reduced ticket of € 8.00 per person (plus commission costs for booking = € 0.56 per person) only for groups greater than 15 people.

Attention: The completion of this form does not imply confirmation of the reservation, for which you will receive a specific communication containing the electronic ticket from the email address info@synchronos.org

The requested compilation is binding: the manager cannot guarantee access to additional people, exceeding the number of people originally booked, who show up on the day and time established without a reservation, unless there is space available (something that rarely happens on busy days/times). On the other hand, if a lower number of people show up than the amount indicated in the booking, payment of the entire amount communicated at the time of booking is still expected, unless a request to rectify the reservation was received at info@criptadelpeccatooriginale.it at least three days before the date of the visit.

Cancellation of the reservation is allowed without any penalty only if this is communicated to the email address info@criptadelpeccatooriginale.it within 14 days before the booked date of the visit.

In case of a no-show on the day of the visit or failure to notify us of a cancellation within the deadline (14 days before the date of use of the visit, writing to info@criptadelpeccatooriginale.it) the entire fee communicated at the time of booking will be expected.

Please take this information into account to avoid problems with your customers at the entrance to the Crypt.
